Darnell Associates Inc. Was founded in 1985 as a Sub Chapter-S Corporation to serve the needs of Hospital Based Physicians (primarily Emergency Room Physicians and Hospitalists programs). Our growth has been fueled mainly by physician referrals.

Over the past two decades, our client base has expanded to multiple states. Our focus and vision is to become the pre-eminent Electronic Medical Records (EMR) company within the next decade.
