Audit of coding for all specialties: $65.00 /hour

Regular coding rates: $22.00 /hour

Coding part of billing fees: to be determined on a case by case basis.

Our rates are: 20% for accounts in collection.
30% Fee for accounts collected through placement with the 3 credit bureaus.
50% Fee for accounts collected through court proceedings.

Our services include free access to GE Centricity registration and scheduling software.
We provide electronic medical records or electronic health records (EMR/EHR) to our clients for a flat fee of $7000.00 for setup per provider and $350.00/provider (monthly). This fee will be increased to $9,500.00 setup fee per provider in January 1st, 2010 and $425.00 per month per provider.
Services will be discounted by 7% (subscription fees) if paid in full for the year (quarterly and semi-annual discounts apply).

ASP model hosting of GE centricity database for a flat fee of $700.00 setup and $100.00 per month/per user.

We offer legal services for setting up Limited Liability Corporation (LLC) or Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) in order to derive better rates with payers while maintaining indepence.
In a typical scenario where Medicare is less than 30% of total revenue and United Healthcare is 40% of revenue an increase of 10% to 12% in revenue.
Typical start-up costs are lock box operation fees with a bank and legal fees to setup a LLC.
Approximate total setup costs are: $2,500.00 to $5,000.00 for a recommended minimum of a 10 provider group.

We offer discount mailing service of 41 cents per piece of mail sent via United States Postal Service (additonal cost for paper and envelope).
